Holistic Sliding Scale

I hope to make this kind of work as equitable and accessible as possible, therefore I use a holistic sliding scale model that is based on each person’s individual ability to pay.

When you pay based on your personal financial access it helps make this work accessible to those who may not have access to it otherwise. I am only able to offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments at this time. Compensation will be discussed prior to your first 1 hour appointment. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions about affordability, or to make other arrangements.

Cost for 1 Hour Session

Sessions are sliding scale from $50-$150 per hour. Please use the chart below for help understanding the sliding scale.

*5% of all private coaching fees are radically redistributed to support Black and Indigenous grassroots organizing, and to the accessibility fund which helps low-income people afford coaching and other wellness services.

If you identify most with the left bottle, then you would pay the full amount of $150. Those people who pay in full make the sliding scale possible, thank you for your solidarity!

If you identify most with the middle bottle, then we would discuss sliding scale options and determine a rate based on the number of sliding scale slots available and what you can afford.

If you identify most with the right bottle, then you are eligible to make use of the access fund (when funds are available). This fund is very limited and designed to subsidize costs for folks who would not be able to afford this service out of pocket. I also offer a community class at a low rate that could be supportive as well.
